Digital Scrapbooking: a free version of Serif's Digital Scrap

Not too long ago, I published a post about Serif Digital Scrapbook Artist.  It's been highly recommended by the digital scrapbooking folks and even those who have just started dabbling in the digital are praising the ease of use in this software.

Why? Because it's truly for all levels.  You can find premade pages & drop & drag your photos, or you can make the embellishments & such your self--or anywhere in between. Now, you can try it for yourself.  Not a free trial, but a free compact version.  There are even several free digikits on the corresponding Daisy Trail website that you can play with. Click HERE to go to the page that has the download.  It's the second product/download available on that page.  The first is the full, you have to pay for it version (at full price last time I checked--see info about Amazon price below). There are also several free digikits on that page; all you have to do is register on the Daisy Trail website & then you can download them.

If you decide you want the full version, Amazon.com has it for $20.99--other places on the web have it for up to $50. I have this software and LOVE IT, by the way.  I consider myself a traditional scrapbooker but since I love graphic design so much, I took the dive in to the digital scrapbooking world. You can design all sorts of things with this software & you don't have to be an expert.  Give it a try!

Looking for the FREE ZONE (free blog background sites, free font sites...)

That information has been moved to the Imagine That Plus site so that this site will load faster (that one doesn't have as much, and everything is pretty much in posts & not at the bottom of every page so it loads at a pretty good rate).
